1. Annual Returns to URSB
Every company registered in Uganda must file annual returns with the Uganda Registration Services Bureau (URSB). This is a mandatory requirement under the Companies Act, 2012.
- Annual returns must be filed within 42 days of the company's anniversary date
- The return confirms company details including directors and registered office
- A fee is payable for filing annual returns

2. Financial Statements
